Lake City Way Townhomes

Through an initial feasibility study LEV evaluated four properties for redevelopment into townhouses. The initial research yielded several challenges and opportunities inherent in the chosen sites. Two Environmentally Critical Areas (ECA) and a steep slope bought our first set of challenges. Working with ECA and the Seattle Zoning Code, our team was able to present the owners with two unique design routes. Our final feasibility package included breakdowns and objective comparisons between both options.
